About the premise

A newly revamped party premise located in Domus’s basement is rented out for private parties. The premise can accommodate up to 30 people. It includes a bar area with some cooking facilities in the form of a stove and microwave. A larger room has space for 30 seated guests. In addition, there is a speaker and a small dance floor.

Where is the room?

The venue is located on floor -1 in Domus, opposite the laundry room. Nyponet tenants can enter the Domus building with their own keys. A map to the room from the entrance on Körsbärsvägen 3 is available here:

How much does the premise rent cost?

To rent the party premises costs:

  • 500 SEK fee
  • 2300 SEK deposit

If you do not cancel your booking 3 days before. You still have to pay 125 SEK.

When is the deposit refunded?

The deposit is refunded if the premises are in a clean condition after the rental and if the on-call disturbance service has not visited the premises. We receive the invoice from the disturbance service after about 2 weeks, therefore the reimbursement takes place within 2-3 weeks after the booked date.

How do I pay?

The fee and the deposit are paid to the Board account by PostGiro 15 68 86-4 or via Swish 123 265 24 36. Use the reference “Party premise Domus/Nyponet” as well as your full name. You have to provide verification of payment before getting the keys to the premises. Then, we also write a contract for premise reservation. The timing of key handover and contract signature is decided along with the party premise responsible. It is usually done on the day of your booking at 14:00 or later (exceptions possible).

For how long do I have the party premise?

If you rent the premise, you can access it from 14:00 on rent day to 12:00 the following day, or as agreed with the party premise responsible. At the time of the return of the keys to the responsible, the premises must be completely cleaned, see the cleaning instructions in the booking confirmation.

How many people can be at most on the premises at the same time?

For fire safety reasons, there may be a maximum of 30 people on the premises (there is only one entrance/exit to the premises)!

What is in the room?

Look at the pictures and you will see the overall. There are tables and chairs for 30 people. There are also plates, glasses and cutlery for 30 people. There is a refrigerator and freezer. There is an oven and stove. There are microwave and coffee maker. There are pots, pans and other tools. There is no dishwasher!

Must I live in Domus or Nyponet to rent the premises?

Yes.

How do I book the premises?

Just simply check the calendar below for a free date and then simply fill out the form underneath it. You will then get an automatic reply email with the follow-up instructions. Please note that you need to book a date that’s at least one week in advance.
